Hiring on behalf of a client seeking a Scrum Master to coach and enable multiple product teams through the delivery lifecycle, ensuring Agile best practice, high performing teams, and consistent delivery of business value.

This role sits at the centre of product delivery, acting as facilitator, coach, and problem solver while driving continuous improvement across teams and broader Agile adoption across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles and foster self organisation
• Remove delivery obstacles and improve team performance
• Maintain and track sprint artefacts such as burndown, backlog, and reporting metrics
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and grooming
• Promote Agile best practice across business and technology teams
• Support roadmap planning, sprint reporting, and progress visibility
• Assist with resource planning, budget awareness, and timesheet coordination
• Act as Agile SME across stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
• Strong track record coaching teams through delivery challenges
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tooling
• Understanding of resource planning and delivery reporting
• Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or similar highly desirable
